What is Mobile Service and Maintenance

Mobile SMR is a solution that is used by many large fleets, contract hire & leasing companies, fleet management organisations across the UK, if you haven’t used it you are missing the opportunity to improve the service and repair process of your vehicles plus increasing the utilisation of your fleet and your employee’s.

Our engineer’s will come to your site and perform service and repairs as required

Work is performed to the highest standard using OEM or pattern parts as dictated by the client

Our engineers have the ability to perform all service work in line with manufacturer’s recommendations, plus repair work to include but not limited to, brake replacement, diagnostic checks, extinguishing of service indicator lights plus adhoc repairs to beacons, welfare units, tow bars etc.

Appointments are made in advance at a time and location that suits you, no need to be off the road all day, our average job time is 3 hours.
Our engineers work to a strict environment code of practice which eliminates oil spills and all parts are removed from site and disposed of correctly, keeping your sites free from waste.

Safety Inspections

Fleet managers have many challenges in their working day and Fleet Complete endeavour to assist where possible. Many of the companies we work with require their vehicles to be checked periodically between services and we have responded to our clients needs by providing on site safety inspections for:

Minibuses being used by schools

Light commercial vehicles at 26 weeks or less dependent on the client in line with duty of care legislation

End on contract vehicles working to BVRLA fair wear and tear code of practice

Transfer of vehicles between drivers i.e. new employees using an existing fleet vehicle

Inspections documentation can be tailor made to your requirements or we can use industry recognised FTA inspection sheets, the choice is yours.
